Educational Qualification & Experience

Note: Graduation/Post Graduation (other than professional degrees) must be in First Class with min. 60% marks or 6.3 CGPA. MBA must be in specific specializations as defined.

1. Administrative Officer (Post Code 13):
• MBA in HR + 1-year supervisory experience
OR Post Graduate + 3 years' experience (1 year supervisory) in Administration
OR Graduate + 5 years' experience (2 years supervisory) in Administration.

2. Accounts Officer (Post Code 14):
• ACA/FCA or AICWA/FICWA or MBA in Finance/Banking Public Systems Management + 1-year supervisory experience
OR M.Com + 3 years' experience (1 year supervisory) in Finance & Accounts
OR B.Com / BBA / BBM + 5 years' experience (2 years supervisory) in Finance & Accounts.

3. Purchase & Stores Officer (Post Code 15):
• MBA in Marketing or Materials Management + 1-year supervisory experience
OR Graduate + PG Diploma in Materials Management (or related field) + 3 years' experience (1 year supervisory) in Purchase & Stores
OR Post Graduate + 3 years' experience (1 year supervisory) in Purchase & Stores
OR Graduate + 5 years' experience (2 years supervisory) in Purchase & Stores.

Application Fee & Refund Policy

• Application Fee: ₹250/- for all posts.
• Initial Processing Payment: Initially, ALL candidates must uniformly pay ₹750/-.
• Fee Refund Criteria (On attending Written Test):
  • Women / SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: Full refund of ₹750/-.
  • General / OBC / EWS Candidates: Refund of ₹500/- (after deducting ₹250 Application Fee).
• Note: Refund will only be processed for candidates who appear in the written test. Correct bank details with IFSC code must be filled during registration.

Selection Process

The selection process for PRL Officer Recruitment 2026 involves a two-stage evaluation:
