Educational Qualification

For Assistant & UDC (Post No. 1, 3 & 5):
Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognized university. Candidate must also have Proficiency in the use of Computers.

For JPA & Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4 & 6):
Graduation with Minimum 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA OR Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with Minimum 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA. Candidate must also have One year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer, a minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography, and Proficiency in Computers.

Application Fee & Refund

• Application Fee: ₹100 for all posts.
• Processing Fee: Initially, all candidates have to pay ₹500 per application as processing fee.
• Fee Refund Criteria:
  • Exempted Candidates (Women, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen): Full refund of ₹500 after appearing in the Written Test/CBT.
  • Other Candidates (UR / OBC / EWS): Refund of ₹400 (after deducting ₹100 Application Fee) upon appearing in the Written Test/CBT.

• Maximum Age (UR / EWS): 28 Years as on 16 August 2026 (Born on or after 17.08.1998).

• Maximum Age (SC / ST): 33 Years as on 16 August 2026 (Born on or after 17.08.1993).
• Age relaxation is applicable for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Meritorious Sportspersons, and Government employees as per GoI rules.

Selection Process
